Fantastic selection of products. Went in to just kill some time and left with two dog outfits/a satchel carrier. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I believe the associate that helped us was named Darma (sorry if it’s wrong!) She showed us many different products, talked us through how they worked, and even helped us try them on our pup. Great experience and will be back! Thanks Darma!

I rescued a samoyed in early oct of this year and have had a horrible time with groomers. All have charged me between 250-325 dollars to groom her and have done a subpar job. Small details like shaving the paw pads, trimming the stomach or the private areas have gone amiss, and she usually came back to me damp with many tangles leftover. I saw K9 while I was picking up coffee for work and decided to give them a shot since I've yet to have luck elsewhere, and I am so glad I did. Not only are their prices reasonable, but she came out absolutely beautiful. It was the first time I've seen her coat so white, fluffy, clean, and tangle-free. The groomer even mentioned he gave her breaks when she got too hot in the dryer, which tells me they actually pay attention to their wellbeing during their s

-Injury During Grooming and Lack of Accountability- I am writing this review after giving the owner an opportunity to address a serious concern privately. My dog was injured during a grooming appointment on December 23rd and was returned to me with two scratches that later formed scabs. I was never informed of any incident at pickup. I also noticed my dog was kept from noon until about 7 PM, which is significantly longer than usual. When I reached out calmly and in detail to ask what happened, who groomed her, and why I wasn’t notified of the injury (I couldn't believe my regular groomer Trish hurt her, but the owner confirmed she served her that day) the owner’s response did not address the injury at all. Instead, I was told that “all groomers have their own style” and was offered a 25

*****Self-Wash Closes @ 5:45pm! ***** This was our first time going to a self wash location. Me and my dog Winston loved the experience. The atmosphere was so friendly and informative. Everything that was needed to wash my dog was available and the tubs were big enough. I was only there for the wash but the store is filled with great things for your pet. Definitely coming back for another wash and maybe this time look around to get a gift for my little big baby.

This place is actually pretty cute. The. Location is a bit small but they offer so much and have a great diversity of products. Me and my significant other took our 6 month old husky puppy here for a self service dog wash. They provided apron’s, drying towel, shampoo, conditioner ($2 extra), dog Cologne, nail clippers, brushes, and even had a dog blower dryer. Over all for less than $20 to wash and groom him this was an excellent deal. Especially compared to other locations who charge you twice as much to wash your dog. They do charge by weight so the bigger the dog the more expensive. But the staff was incredibly friendly. The person who helped me was Star she had a constant smile, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. I will definitely return in the future
