Update: I've been going here for years now. My dogs love it there, they're very understanding of pee mishaps, and they communicate perfectly and punctually. Highly recommended if you're in the area. Good prices, especially for a membership. I'd prefer a better "template" for individual services, but I've always been happy with the staff. Could use a bit more organization I suppose. They treat the dogs very well.

Super disappointed. My sweet boy was in there for over 5 hours today and he came back looking like he was only bathed and trimmed around his paws. I also asked for a tooth brush that was complimentary according to the promotional text I received. I do not believe this was done. Nothing I asked for was done. I wanted him shaved around his paws short as well as under his belly. And his coat needed to be trimmed a lot more. I did not feel like the lady at the checkout counter listened to anything I was saying or read the notes from previous times he was groomed. I also had to pay before I even saw what kind of a job they did. $65 for basically a bath. And for my boy to be gone for 5 hours. I wish I could get a refund! The staff is super inconsistent. I have been bringing my dog Poppy to Just For Dogs for the last year and they always do a great job! Daisy and Cythina gave her cut in the photo and she looks so cute!! I will definitely be booking them again :) I also really like how easy it is to book appointments online.

I’ve been taking Mia to Just 4 Dogs (Waterford) since we got her a year ago and the groomers there always give her the best haircuts and make sure she smells amazing. I could not recommend them more and if I had another dog I’d take them here too. Keep up the good work!

Please save yourself the money,time, and frustration. I have taken my dog here 3-4 times and each time she comes out with a different cut/style even though I was told that there are notes on file to guide the groomer. The most recent groom was the worst. Her face was completely uneven and her beard/muzzle was shaved almost completely off. When I gave specific instructions to keep it round. They miss her declaw when clipping nails every time. Her sanitary areas were not clipped down at all.... it was just really unacceptable and I am pretty laid back, hence giving 4 chances before never taking my pup there again. There are always available appointments which I now see as a red flag. Take your fur-baby to a place with more skilled detailed groomers. Customer service is awful. I reached out
