Just 4 Dogs Pet Salon Sodo

I was a little disappointed when bringing my dog Chi Chi to this location. We usually visit the Waterford location but this one was closer to my fiancés work. I asked them to shave her down to skin, cut her face down and also ears and tail. When we picked her up, her body was still very long and her face was barely cut down and also uneven. Chi chi grows back super fast so we cut her down very short every time. I tried calling and also sent 2 emails and have had no response and it’s been 10 days. I’ve attached a photo of what her groom should’ve looked like compared to what I received. I’m honestly very frustrated and unhappy that we spent the amount of money we did and did not receive the services we should’ve. The first pictures were from a previous groom. The grooming itself with Camila was fantastic. I took my dog home looking great, and he didn't seem stressed. The booking, communication, and price were not good. I tried to call the location five separate times throughout my experience, no one answered or responded to my voice mails. I made an appointment online, choosing an available time and "any available groomer." I got an automated text message confirming my time, then another with a new time scheduled. I called to confirm the new time, no one returned my call--I moved my schedule around to accommodate and assumed the new time was the one to go with. The next day, I got another text message changing my appointment from a medium breed appointment to a large breed. I was clear in my description that my dog is a mixed breed and only 30

Really didn’t want to leave this review but I’m so disappointed. I recently took my dogs here for a cut. I’ve been coming here for a while now and I will not be returning. I spent over $200 for my dog to be cut so uneven. If you have a doodle do not come here. My dog has shorter hair on certain spots and the other spots have longer hair. You can see that this cut was rushed and not cared for. I always get my dogs groomed by Camila, I don’t understand why my dog came back looking this way.

I wish I could give CAMILA more than 5 stars! She is so nice and took really good care of my husky, and made her feel comfortable. This has been one of the best grooming experiences I’ve ever had. I already booked my next appointment with her!
