Juice is, by far, the most genuinely kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and generous person I've encountered in the hobby. He has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion—taking the time to offer recommendations, ensure any questions I had were answered, and even hand delivering my little darlings when I wasn't able to make the drive to the shop the week of my order. Juice was extremely accommodating and brought it the very next day. The phenomenal customer service, health of the spiders I received, and excellent construction of the enclosures I purchased are a testament to the passion, attention, and care Juice and his team sustain for what they do. I've now bought 3 tarantulas, 2 enclosures, and some Royal Soil from Juice now and everything has been great. The spiders are adorable, the enclosures are great, and the soil is some truly amazing stuff. Juice is always super friendly and he's very passionate about what he does and he's very tolerant of me talking his ear off about spiders. I'll definitely be back for more!

Just received a P. murinus from Juice’s Arthropods. The tarantula arrived safely, very well packed, placement of the heat pack was very strategic, kept my T warm perfectly through the cold weather! Juice was absolutely amazing, kept communication steady, answered all of my questions, very kind, courteous, professional, and rare to find vendors that truly care for their animals as much as Juice does! Juice’s staff kept on top of logistics watching it like a hawk, and he was even available to take my inquiry at a late hour! This is one of a kind, going the extra mile customer service, excellent and truly outstanding!!
