Jo's Exotic Birds Ltd

I have been coming to Jo's for the last 16 years and absolutely love it! They have the kindest people, very reasonable prices, the largest selection of cages/toys/food you'll find, and a wealth of knowledge. My parrot and I couldn't be happier with this local business! 💖

I have been shopping here for years. I love Susan Terry, and the owner Joe. They are awesome. Their prices are incredible amazing and very fair. Very trustworthy. People will not go nowhere else.

On New Year's Eve I drove all the way from Greenfield to Kenosha to purchase a large perch, and I could not have been happier. Not only was this the only bird shop that was open on this day, but this was the only shop within a 50 mile radius that had the perch I was looking for. The store owner was very helpful and polite. I felt welcomed and I did not feel rushed at all to buy something, but I left spending over $350 and I was very satisfied with my purchase. I will not hesitate to make another trip down to Kenosha just to check out Jo's Exotic Birds.

Traveled 66 miles to get to Jo's, and it was well worth the trip! In my opinion, their prices are very reasonable. I love the huge selection of parrot toys and other supplies. We found the perfect cage for our African Grey (which was the reason for our journey). The woman there helped us break down the cage so it would fit in my car. She and the owner, Rich, went above and beyond to help us! We were very impressed with our shopping experience and the excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back and I'll absolutely recommend Jo's to others.

I went to look at birds heard they had good prices went in with my son and she immediately put the chain on the door and said we can't go in with the birds even though signs are posted that you can I can't help but think we were judged on appearance we took our business elsewhere
