From Head To Tail

I brought my little 12 year old yorkie Nylah in there this morning for a nail trim, this was our first time going there. From head to tail was recommended through a post I did on Facebook, because she is a very anxious girl. When I called to set up the appointment in the first place the person I spoke to was super nice answered all of my questions and reassured they would take great care of Nylah. When I arrived this morning I spoke with Whitney, and I let her know more about Nylah and how anxious and scared she gets going to groomer. And she came up with a plan to ease Nylah into it and do as much as she would allow without pushing it. My dog was a matted mess and seriously overdue for a groom. I told the groomer to do the best she could and we would understand if she couldn’t get all his knots out and to even shave some areas if needed (on top of being a dramatic husky). Olivia brought me a brand new dog this afternoon completely detangled and looking his best. So happy with the service today! Thank you again 💜

My pup looked and smelled great!! She came in with some knots and I told them to just shave her if they needed to, when I came to pick her up she looked so fluffy and listened to what I wanted her hair cut (legs, stomach, and butt areas) They did a great job

Our English bull dog, Maggie, loves her time at Head to Tail! Liv does a great job and everyone is so nice! We moved from Kenosha to Caledonia but I drive the 30 minutes because they're great!

Being the first time here, everything was great! The only critique I would have would be that they don't/didn't use any scented products so my dog still smelled like a dog after the grooming. Aside from that, his fur was very soft and they did an excellent job brushing and blowing out all the loose hair. We'll definitely go back, I'll just have to be sure we inquire about using scented products from now on.
