John Young Parkway Animal Hospital

Unfortunately, my experience with this veterinary hospital was all too brief. I brought my cat, Jelly Bean, in for an introductory visit a few months ago, having moved to this side of town and needing a more local vet. They were referred to me by another extremely happy pet owner, and now I know why. Unfortunately my experience yesterday was to relieve my senior cat of her pain, and have her euthanized. However, I'm writing this review because the compassion expressed during such a tender moment was beyond anything I could imagine. I highly recommend this animal hospital, and Dr Day in particular.

As owners of multiple dogs, we have to juggle between costs and how well the vet practice takes care of our pets. John Young is one of the best vets we have used for our dogs. We have changed vets based on how our pets were treated versus the costs we were paying to have them treated. We switched to John Young based on the recommendation of a friend when we let it be known we were looking for another vet. It was not a decision we took lightly but it has been a great decision for our family. We have taken all of our dogs to Dr. Day and specifically plan our appointments around her availability. The doctors and staff at John Young Animal Hospital are the most compassionate, caring and smartest people in vetinary medicine! We take our 2 cats and a white German Shepherd to them. They are absolutely amazing with the care they provide! Thank you to the entire staff!

Dr. Day is amazing! We are so happy we found her and her team. Dr. Day is very attentive and keeps an open dialog to find what worked best for our pup! Would definitely refer to this practice.
