I knew from the very moment I walked in that this was the place for my fur babies. What a wonderful group of professionals who work at Jen's Grooming. They think of absolutely everything and the adorable photos they send when your pets are ready to be picked up are so special. My cat got a cute report card and my dog a cool cucumber certificate. When I went to pick up my dog on Friday, there he was sitting behind the counter with them like he owned the place. He was so happy and not nearly as stressed as he's been at other grooming salons. I have three long-haired cats but so far only one has been to Jen's but the other two will be there the next time they need a grooming because it's the best cat groom I've ever experienced. Jen & her team are amazing! They handle our stubborn doodle with ease every 6 weeks and recently started grooming our rescue pup and we are always so happy with how they look/ how they are treated! It’s nice knowing you’re dropping your pups off to people who care! Thank you Jen & team!

We’ve been taking our three dogs, Maggie Moo, Poppy Mae, and Lucy Joy, to Jen’s Grooming for quite a while now, and every visit has been a great experience. The grooming is consistently excellent, and our girls always come home clean, comfortable, and looking adorable. Scheduling is easy, and they are always so accommodating, even with our quirky requests that only fellow dog lovers would understand. That kind of flexibility and care really means a lot to us. The front desk staff are always cheerful, welcoming, and helpful, and it’s clear that everyone truly cares about the dogs. We trust them completely and wouldn’t take our pups anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was so impressed with Jen and her staff. I adopted a Shi-tzu that absolutely hated grooming, especially her face, and she is fifteen years old. Jen was so relaxed with my dog and did a beautiful job grooming. My dog wasn't stressed when I picked her up, which was my concern since she was newly adopted. I will be using Jens grooming services from here on out. It also helps that Jen and a few staff members are/were vet techs. Everyone was wonderful. .

Our nervous dog had her first visit for a nail clip. It went well and the staff were very understanding and patient with her.
