Their feeders are the best, I get their frozen mice for my corn snake and the difference in quality between theirs and the mass produced ones is really noticeable. Their feeders look healthy and clean. The shop itself has good vibes and the animals on display always look good with nice enclosures.

Super nice staffs!! I brought 2 of my corn snakes who have not been eating for months to this store asking for help. Ive been really concerned about that. The staff here is very nice, telling me a lot and that both snakes are healthy so I don’t need to worry too much, and gave me some suggestions as well. I bought two live pinkies and the result is - both of them did eat!! I’m so grateful and excited.

Purchased my male leopard gecko, Blizzard, about two years ago from Jay’s stall at the Baltimore reptile show and he has been the most amazing gecko I’ve ever had. Extremely personable and a healthy appetite from the moment I got him home! He’s never been one to shy away from the camera and always greets me when I walk into the room. Amazing breeding, thank you Jay’s for my perfect little guy!

I recently bought a ball python from Jay and Bob at Jays Exotics at the Baltimore Reptile convention. The two of them made sure I had everything I needed and were super helpful in the overall process. I can’t recommend them enough and I will 100% be purchasing all my future reptiles and reptile food from them. Communication, customer service, and the overall experience was a 10/10. best reptile shop in the city, bar none. incredible staff, amazing animals, quality feeders, and quality supplies. also amazing plant section. cannot say enough good things about jay’s. i moved to philly two years ago and they have been my go to. always super accommodating when i need feeders of a certain size and always going the extra mile with advice. 10/10.
