Jackson County Animal Hospital

We recently switched to Jackson County Animal Hospital and it has been a WONDERFUL experience. I have a very nervous and anxious medium sized dog. Dr. Neira and her staff are SO patient and kind with my dog. We never have to wait for our appointment and they get us back to a private room as soon as we check in. Everyone is so friendly and the lobby and rooms are clean. I highly recommend them!

This place has wonderful customer and extremely great people working for them! I do appreciate everything you've done for me and my cats. But I took my smallest cat in because of a problem with his arm I needed to get an x-ray to find out what the issue was and I left him there all day and when I came back I was told that they were trying to save me money by not doing an x-ray but then gave me 6 months of revolution because he had fleas. The revolution was $200 and the X-ray was $189......????? Not really a complaint because they didn't really do a bad job, but it didn't make sense to take my cat home and still have him limping and not know why but now he has no fleas....lol. it's okay I went ahead and bought it anyway even though I spent my rent money!!

We came in with our cat Sammie who was sick. They were able to get us an appointment for the same day. She ended up needing emergency surgery. They were already booked with clients and surgeries and couldn’t do it them selves. They called a few fellow vets and get us right in. Thank you so much for all the care and compassion you showed Sammie and my daughter! I highly recommend this vet and their staff! They are in it for the right reason not just a job and the money.💜💜

Everyone at this clinic is amazingly kind and supportive. They have given me a lot of assistance over the phone when my cat was throwing up to know whether or not to bring him in. Also, I am someone who wants to be very clear on any questions I have, and the vet has always taken the time to answer anything I ask at a visit.

Very rude and judgmental staff. I went to a different vet because I did not like the treatment me and my dog received here. Three trails was a lot more HELPFUL, friendly, and understanding than this place ever was. I never will be taking any of my animals here again.
