I have been taking my Dog to Dr bunch since he was 5 weeks old he’s is now 13 yrs old each time he gets his up date for his shots she dose a wellness checks . In 2024 he’s weighed 14 lbs when I believe it was June of 25 she diagnosed him with a low grade heart murmur and him over weight when I kept asking how she says I am over feeding him and he’s fat and it’s his age and he’s arthritic I called up there a couple of months prior and wanted to make an appointment he’s having problems walking was told he was having spasms the 3rd week in Jan I rushed him to the vets she diagnosed him for having congestive heart failure with out any labs taken or any diagnostic I asked if they can cut his nails she laughs and says you guys crack me up your dog is in congestive heart failure and all you care

Sub-standard care for our dogs. I should have left them and moved to another vet long before I did. They "treated" an ear infection without ever getting a swab to see what the appropriate treatment would be. The poor dog suffered for weeks before we wised up and changed vets. We also had an older dog they were "treating" for arthritis. They gave us minimal options and what they did give was not the correct dosage. The new vet addressed right away with a once a month shot and she is like a whole new dog. I wish I had left them long ago so that my pets didn't suffer needlessly.

Dr Bunch is the best! She's been our vet to all our furry friends for many years. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This has been the vet i use for all my animals for over the last 10 years. The “service” i received today was so unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled for over 24 hours and when I showed up they were unprepared (couldn’t find a muzzle) and said there was nothing they could do. Mind you my dog had been suffering from seizures for the last day & already had an emergency vet visit. I waited to do blood work and had been in contact with the vet prior to my appointment. Mac never needs a muzzle anywhere else, although i do understand the precautions, it’s not my fault you were unprepared & the attitude and lack of compassion was unacceptable and sad.

Such amazing people. The environment is pleasant, staff polite and professional and the vets are amazing. Maverick enjoyed his time.
