I recently went to this office a few days back. Dr. May & his assistant was very helpful for both of my cats. They were treated with kindness and love. Dr. May was very knowledgeable and caring. Him and his assistant answered all questions and concerns for my kids. This is a very good place for your pets health. They will be well taken care of. Thank you all so much. Excellent experience always! We have been bringing our puppy here since we got her this summer. Staff & doctors are wonderful with our sweet Olive. ❤️ Everyone goes above & beyond. Getting her in when she’s sick or even just a regular check up. We love Hidden Valley.

I took my dog there in an emergency situation and the outcome was not positive but the people that we dealt with the vet himself and the front desk were amazing. Helpful courteous kind reasonable and price. I will return if I need another vet

My first time in taking Charly there for a wellness visit. Everyone was so nice, compassionate and understanding. Charly was not a happy kitty. They treated us both with compassion and understanding. I called today to make an appt to get her teeth cleaned and again, I was treated with compassion and understanding. All the reviews I read were accurate. They always take such great care of my pets. Explain everything and give me the time needed. I appreciate the care and will never take my pets anywhere else I know they are giving me all the information I need and the best care my pets deserves.
