Ivy Pet Resort

We love Ivy Pet Resort. Very clean and organized. They take great care of our dogs. They are very observant and know our dogs quirks and needs. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about Ivy Pet! They really took great care of my little old chihuahua many times in the past few years. I never worried when I left my baby here; everyone is so nice and professional. They really care!

We have really enjoyed boarding our dogs with Ivy. Both of our dogs are rescues and have special needs and the staff has been so accommodating and kind. Dog parents of rescue dogs know how hard it can be to find boarding options for dogs with not so great pasts and we always leave drop off feeling confident that our dogs will be treated with respect and given the grace they need. The staff is super knowledgeable on dog behavior and we especially love the “one client in the lobby at a time” rule. A true gem of a place!

I'm not sure why my fur baby, Star, is not herself today after we picked her up. She had some yellow discharge in both of her eyes, and they mentioned they had bathed her. Hmmm. When I asked the young lady at the front desk about the eye discharge, she suggested it might be allergies, but I don't think that's the case. It's quite strange! And her eyes still watering and producing a yellow discharge. WHAT COULD THIS BE????? I’m considering this as our last visit for boarding. I would have expected the associate to show some concern and come over to check on Star, but that didn’t happen.

My Spencer (Great Dane) is so happy here, me too! The staff is phenominal and the building id ALWAYS clean, welcoming and safe!
