I was looking for a vet to understand both of my 14 year old dogs. They get it. They understood exactly what I needed at this stage of their lives. Compassionate, not pushy and very in-tune with what we all needed. Also, they know their stuff!! I left feeling like I understood exactly what they said and recommended. Highly recommend!

I have a 16 year old small dog with mobility issues. My vet instantly put her on an anti inflammatory and gabapentin, a strong pain medication that makes her a little loopy. I’ve seen no change in her mobility but she can’t tell me whether she feels better or not. 🤷‍♀️I took her to IVC for a second opinion and other options to manage her condition. Dr Dayton and her staff spent lots of time evaluating my dogs condition and recommended we start with acupuncture. Dr Dayton said that if it works we should see an improvement in mobility. We have seen improvement with the first treatment! We’re gonna reassess after 6 sessions but can’t express how happy we are with a treatment you can visually see improvement. Highly recommend IVC. So nice to have options.

IVC provides great care for our dog. The staff are all very knowledgeable and efficient and Dr. Lord provides excellent care. She provides a unique perspective and recommends dietary and lifestyle changes that have been very effective for managing our dog's epilepsy.
