We are a fortunate family of two rescued furbabies, Shadow is one of them, we rescued Shadow a day before his sad day, and since then we are making Shadows days the best of this beautiful life. On the night of January third, Shadow had an accident, were he sustained multiple serious injuries. We google for a great Fur emergency room care center and this extremely amazing IVVS emergency care center place showed up, and we are very grateful and thankful for the sujestion. Once at IVVS emergency center care their amazing staff approached Shadow in a very sweet, caring, professional, compassionate and fast way, the best way I have seen in my life . Shadow is still working on trusting humans from all the hard life he endured in his such a young life before joining our family a few months ago,

In December my cat broke her leg and I took her here for emergency services. For the past 10-weeks I have come her once a week to have her x-rays, casts, and checked for her progress. This is the best animal care service I have ever had. The front desk staff, the animal support technicians and Vet doctors are all so kind, careful and caring of the pets brought in. My cat was naturally nervous and in pain but she was always treated so gently and with professional care. She got adorable cat casts every week after her leg was checked. This allowed her to heal well of the time. I was also given great customer service and courtesy by everyone there. I brought my pug, Gigi, here on the night of October 20th 2025 for an emergency, vomiting and passing blood. While the facility looks modern and the front desk staff and a tech named Selena were kind, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. After waiting nearly an hour in a private room with no updates, a staff member named Steve came in with an aggressive, dismissive attitude. He told me my dog was “fine” and acted inconvenienced that I asked for help. Later, while I was paying, he shoved my dog and her discharge items toward me, placing her on the counter abruptly, then argued when I told him that wasn’t okay. He even threatened to call the police when I confronted his rude and inconsiderate behavior. When the Vet finally saw me, he was cold and distant and seemed more focu

Davina was wonderful. When I called ahead because I had 3 really sick dogs, she was super helpful and I felt she was sincerely caring. She also was ready for us as we walked in the door. Polite, professional , and friendly. It’s hard to have an emergency for a loved one. Having 3 is extra challenging. So I appreciated working with such a kind person. She also offered us cleaning supplies when my dogs were sick in the car. This is the best emergency hospital you can take a loved one. Veterinarians and staff have excellent knowledge, expertise, and care. I feel confident they will help my dogs feel better. They really do care.

We had an emergency with our dog tonight and the team at Inland Valley Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Center was amazing. Dr. Houfek took great care of our dog and acted quickly to help us. We were seen very fast, and the entire staff was kind, professional, and very communicative throughout the whole visit. They explained everything clearly and made a stressful situation much easier for us. We are very grateful for the excellent care they provided.
