After my last vet closed down I was left to find a new practice to take care of my fur baby. Boy, I got so lucky finding this wonderful clinic! I’ve moved quite a few times since adopting my cat Kiwi, so needless to say we’ve been to a couple of different vets over the years. Not one of the locations we’ve been to have had such attentive and kind staff and a Veterinarian who takes the time to actually EXPLAIN and EDUCATE. I’m beyond appreciative of the Vet, the Vet Nurses, and the administrative staff for doing such wonderful work and providing exceptional service. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I was there today with my sick Chihuahua. The care was simply fantastic. I felt right at home. Everyone, without exception, was extremely professional and attentive, especially the blue-eyed receptionist. She's incredibly kind and made a great effort to make sure I understood everything, since my English isn't very fluent. One thing that impressed me was that she translated my dog's situation into Spanish so I could understand everything perfectly. It was the best experience with my dog, and I will continue to take my dogs to them.

We had a great experience! Everyone I interacted with was polite and friendly. I went in exactly at my appointment time. I was able to see everything that was done. Doctor took her time and explained everything, answered all my questions and made suggestions. The only negatives are that the place is a bit outdated and has a strong smell. Will definitely come back next time.

Dr Bracey has cared for both my KCCS for over 8 years. I find her very knowledgable and if she doesn't know the answer she finds it and gets back with you. Her staff is very kind and caring.
