The two gentlemen that came to my house to replace the carpet today they did a fantastic job. They helped me move a couple of my furniture and I really appreciate it because that wasn’t part of their job but I appreciate the help A+++++.

They advertise on Facebook but when you message the owner Barbara she tells you to call the store and leaves the chat. The estimator can be nice or snappy depending on the day you call her. Had a someone come out & measure for a more accurate quote- it is cheaper than some other local installers but this shows in their workmanship. When my husband called to schedule installation he verified their process. When asked if they will be scraping up the scraps of carpet left behind from the removal of the old carpet, the woman on the phone replied “they are not a cleaning company” therefore the new carpeting will be installed over the existing patches left behind. He then asked if they would re-nail the floorboards prior to installing to ensure there is no creaking to which she replied “we are

I just had 9 rooms, a landing and stairs replaced. They were so easy to work with throughout the whole process. On my first call they looked up my home online and was able to provide an estimate to start the process. Within 3 days they had a representative on site for actual measurements and assessment. He left me with various samples of carpet and padding with no marketing or up sales. I was able to take my time to determine what was best for me. That evening they contacted me with an updated estimate. As I held my breath waiting to hear “how much more”, because I chose 3 upgrades of carpet and 1 upgrade for padding... it was less than the original estimate! When does that ever happen? First we called lowes,they over measured by 32 sq ft. Then we called Ideal. The person explained everything in detail. Easy to understand. Very systematic and professional. And they were $300 cheaper than Lowes. The crew was even better. Got done in 2 hours. My mom loves her new carpet. I highly recommend this company. THANKS GUYS!!!
