*Do not purchase from* Truly an awful experience. I followed the directions and measured my dog exactly and the jacket was still too big. Instead of working with me to make it right, they told me I was responsible for the return, which cost me over $30 in shipping. Read the other reviews and do not purchase from this place.
It took a month to get a refund after they received the item back (btw the consumer is paying for return shipping) The products are great but do not buy directly from Hurtta website, get it from Chewy or Amazon instead.
I’ve did all the measurements accurately per video received the jacket. It runs extra extra large very dissatisfied with the jacket. Do not recommend.
