Howes Cave Animal Hospital

We have been taking our dogs to Howes Cave Animal Hospital for over 20 years. Over that time, we have had 4 dogs. We have been very pleased with the care, professionalism, friendliness, of staff and the doctors and the follow up by the doctors we have worked with. We have dealt with serious life threatening conditions as well as routine regular care with our dogs and have always felt that the doctors were focused on our dogs needs. They have always called to follow up on tests and procedures and spend the time to answer all our questions. We highly recommend Howes Cave Animal Hospital to anyone that is looking for a place that will help them care for their pets.

I have been bringing my cats to Howes Cave Animal Hospital for over 20 years. All of the staff, from the reception desk to the doctors, have always been great and provided top notch care to my pets. Even in times of having to do the hardest task of saying goodbye, Their kindness and compassion was palpable. Thank you all for all that you have done for me and my fur babies over the years.

Everyone at Howes Cave was so helpful with my chaos of 10 Malinois puppies for our first visit. Then our second was equally as chaotic with 5 puppies and my smaller dog. The staff was wonderful. Then i had an emergency puppy i had to bring in with out an appointment and they had me in tears with how nice they were and helped me with the puppy. 10 out of 10 will recommend.

My puppy was sick suddenly and they got me right in. He was treated overnight and they gave me quick updates without me having to call a million times to see what was going on. I highly recommend them!

Dr.Bonsell has cared for our Bernese Mountain Dogs for nearly 25 years. She is skilled, kind, and professional. Her office staff is the best. We wouldn't trust anyone else. Highly recommend.
