Erin's Perfect Paws

Went and had my dog groomed there 3 times she did ok my puppy seemed to like her. I leave the area for the summer come back home to make an appointment tried for 2 weeks no calls or text then finally I get ahold of her and she said she's to busy not taking my dog anymore or any new clients. I give her 3 stars for the groom and 1 star for very poor business practice

Tried for over a week to make an appt. Couldn’t tell you if she good or not because you can get communication from her for even an appointment Let’s do an update since the owner likes to lie. My initial email went out asking what appointment she had because it was my first time reaching out no response for two days. I get an email back Saying she didn’t see the email they just came in blah blah blah blah blah to text her and she’ll send me the information I text her Then there is no response at all for days on ends until she sees the bad Google review and then sends more excuses in a text Apparently, she doesn’t hold herself accountable either don’t go here. Find someone else that’s a little more professional.

I've had my dog (a 75 lb pitbull) for 9 years and decided to start bringing him to one in November of '24. I can usually do his grooming myself, but it's gotten harder for both of us after I was injured. I'm so glad I decided to reach out to Erin, he loves her and she does a fantastic job.

Erin is wonderful! She is a great groomer and is great with my dogs! She got my pups scheduled right away and they left looking great, smelling awesome and they were so happy too!
