This was our first visit, and from the first phone call to make the appointment, asking questions, to walking in the door, every person was so caring and nice. I felt so welcomed. Every staff person, Rylinn, the vet tech and Dr. Hasco were so kind to me and showed such sweet attention and care to my collie Ellie. All my questions were answered and wonderful guidance and education provided. The building is lovely and everything is well organized and clean. It truly was a great experience!

We had to have our 17 and 18 year old dogs put down here and they did an amazing job helping us through this difficult time. Their bedside manners throughout the process was top notch. Can't recommend them enough.

This is the worst veterinarian I’ve ever been to. I’ve owned pets my whole life. I’ve been to many. I don’t think anyone you are paying for a service (and an overpriced amount at that) should act like they are being “put out” by having to see your cat or act like they are doing you a favor! Did they forget how much I’m paying them? Very audacious. I was “fit in” for an emergency appt for my sick cat which I was originally thankful for. Until I got there and realized we would be treated as a burden and an unwanted appt. We waited hours overall and the vets attitude was extremely poor. We got 5-10 min of the vets time after waiting hours and then was handed a list of stuff my cat supposedly needed that totaled almost 800$. The things I actually wanted done for my cat such as X-rays were done

A team like no other!!! This team came together in one of the darkest times of my life. After my service dog, (a Cane Corso) Cleopatra, lost her battle with bone cancer. After our years of working together, each and everyone of them showed more love and compassion towards my angel than any other vet clinic would. The way they care for animals is outstanding! Though the way they care for you during the darkest times is unmatched. The vet techs are kind, and loving and talk through every process with you. Mindy, the office manager goes above and beyond for her staff and ll the patients that enter their doors. The vets are simply outstanding and talk you through every option before helping you make a decision. I love you all. Blessed to have you in this community!

Had a 'new patient' appointment today that took 2 weeks to get to. Explained that my current vet is an hour away and that the time necessary to travel to and from there was not possible with my wife and my schedules when I made the appointment. Had my current vet forward my dog's records in advance. Showed up on time and completed paperwork for our 'new patient', staff did advise that they were running 'a little behind' which I understand. After 30+ min in the waiting room, was taken to an exam room. My pup needs dental attention, vet tech told me that they were taking him for 'pre-dental bloodwork' and was gone for about 10 min. Came back and after 45 minutes, still no vet. Had no time to wait longer than the nearly 2 hours I had been there already and said I would pay for the labs
