After reading everyone’s reviews I got little scared of my load for pick up But I was in and out in 1 hour. My appointment was at 11 AM and I got there by 8:30 AM. I checked in at 8:30 AM and got door right away and was loaded in about 30 minutes. Total check in and check out process was 1 hour. Lade in the office was very nice to me.

Friendly folks, however their check in/out process is a bit annoying and alot of back and forth.

Friendly staff easy in & out. No complaints, here. 1500 appointment, 10:50 arrival, loaded and gone by 13:15. It's a heavy load, though. My paperwork shows 42, load is 44.5k.

Carriers or owner operators, if you book any loads from this facility. heading to Reno, Nv with any Broker, including ITS, they don't tell you the exact weight, this shipper will load you with 45000 close to 46, note, that they don't cut weight and brokers don't care and staff at this facility are so disrespectful ,unprofessional, just be aware.

Bad place to pickup loads it will take forever to load you and the check out process they will make you wait outside for somebody to seal your trailer stay away from this place drivers
