Hillcrest Animal Hospital

The staff at Hillcrest are FANTASTIC! They are caring and compassionate. My cat baby was sick and they worked with us and helped us find an option that we could afford to at least give him a chance. He is on the mend and is feeling much better! Thank you!! Karie and "Bandit"

I walked into the clinic today to get my cat's cosaquin prescription refilled. A nice lady at the front desk accepted it & advised me to wait to have it filled. I sat and waited for 5 minutes. Another woman, Ashley, returned the empty bottle to me said said it couldn't be filled bc my cat's last appointment was 13 months ago. She refused to schedule an appointment with me. She turned me away & advised me to go to PetCo. Hillcrest animal hospital initially prescribed the cosaquin. Very unprofessional & disrespectful. I've been going here for years & have never had a bad experience.

We have been coming to Hillcrest for our Pets care for many years!! Our Beautiful Border Collie went into kidney failure after a Spay procedure elsewhere. We took her to the Emergency Vet and then to Hillcrest! Dr. Mercer kept a watchful eye on her for many days, and Weeks!! It took a lot of home care as well but she was eventually a happy healthy Girl. Cancer eventually took her away from us so we rescued 2 dogs & they too are under the care of Hillcrest & Dr. Hall as Dr. Mercer retired. Rest assured your babies will be well taken care of by everyone you meet at Hillcrest. Say hello to Jamie at the front desk when you arrive!!!
