We brought our 17 year old cat here on Thanksgiving day. The waiting room was full, but they triaged our girl quickly and checked on us a few times while we waited. The staff was very compassionate and caring, and by the time we saw the doctor and were informed of our cat's dire prognosis, we decided to give her the gift of sleep. The doctor was so kind, compassionate, and helpful. They not only talked to us about what to expect, but also gave us ample time to spend with our cat before we said goodbye. They went above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant as something like this could be despite the circumstances. When we showed up at 6am, our dachshund had developed hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. We were 6 hours from home and had no idea where to go. The ER team was amazing! They moved quickly and showed true concern for our dog. Dr. Cade and her team were phenomenal and knew exactly what to do. Our dog also had to stay a couple days with the internal medicine team. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Owens and Emma. They were the best! They called us with consistent updates, truly cared about our baby, and went above and beyond for us. They were personable, compassionate, intelligent, and have true purpose in veterinary medicine. I highly recommend this place! We can’t thank them enough for saving our boy.

We will forever be so grateful to Dr Mosley and the staff at HCAEH for saving our dog, Abby’s life. Abby suffered from bloat on a Saturday night. The staff got her right in and had her Xrayed within minutes and under surgery within an hour. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Our dog would not be here today if not for the care and expertise they offered. They were upfront about costs and expectations at every stage.

This place is amazing. I brought my 3 year old bully in because he was acting strange and I was concerned. The staff and Dr. Dielman were very professional and friendly. Everyone there was so cool and I will definitely go back there for all my pets needs. They are amazing!

We had to put our dog Harley to sleep tonight and despite that, without a doubt this is the best vet experience I have ever had. I know that's a conundrum, but the people were so understanding. The girl who answered the phone was beyond sweet. The tech who got our info was extremely kind and when I couldn't write what i wanted she, made sure it was done right. The vet took his time to answer every question and made sure we understood each step. He even offered to stay with him when I couldn't. They went above and beyond with kindness and that is something i will remember. I can't remember their names, but the care they took will stay with me.
