Highlands Veterinary Center

Highlands vet has been with us through so much. The care of our 11 year old shepherd through the end of his life and also our 4 year old Dutch shepherd currently. Rhonda at the front desk is so warm and welcoming everytime we walk through those doors and Dr. Hood has treated our babies as her own from day one. The care and love everyone in this office shows is unmatched. We have since moved 45 minutes away and still make the drive for all of our vet care. We are so thankful!

Rhonda is very polite and patient when we have questions. Love Dr Hood and Dr Springer! Both are very caring and informative. Always able to fit me in if needed. My cats Luna & Lucy are always calm when we go there!

I absolutely love Highlands Veterinary Center, especially Dr. Hood. I met Dr. Hood at an emergency vet clinic a couple years ago. I knew right away that she would be my forever vet! She is caring, knowledgeable, and understanding. Dr. Hood always takes her time with us during appointments and is always available for emails. She's the best vet I've ever had. My little girl, Daisy, was paralyzed, and she directed me to the right place for her care and complete rehabilitation! Now Daisy has a little brother named Leroy and he is so loved and well taken care of. The office staff is phenomenal! Leroy is totally in love with Ronda. I absolutely love this vet! Stacy and Rhonda at the front desk are a charm, they’re extremely kind and can answer all your questions! Nurse Carmen and Dr. Springer are a dynamic duo, they are attentive, gentle, and so sweet with your pet! I love talking to a care team that values any concern (no matter how small) I have regarding my pup, 10/10 recommend!

Ms.Diana the groomer ,is kind and friendly, She's been a great help for my furbabie Star,which is very attractive but Ms.Diana has made her feel so safe and comfortable. Star recommend ,you bring your furbabie to see the greatest groomer!
