Heavenly Paws Dog Spa

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the grooming services provided to my dog during his second appointment at your establishment. The haircut was not up to the standard I expect, and my dog was unfortunately cut in his private area. I spoke to the owner about this incident, and she offered a free service for my next visit. However, when I called back to reschedule, she could not recall our previous conversation and abruptly hung up on me. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by the owner and the fact that there is no record of the groomer who serviced my dog. Very great service! I was able to get an appointment The same day. The staff is friendly, and they took great care of my dog. She came back happy and beautiful! Highly recommend this cute grooming shop!

Took my two dogs there three times and the first time they came back scared with scars on certain parts! the next time one of them ended up having a bad infection on his private area and we had to pay for hospital bills then and my other dog ended up getting an ear infection three days later as well and we had to pay for hospital bills that were very expensive! aside from that they seem less energetic and always scared and sad although this happened not that long ago im barely putting a review because i know this review wouldnt fix all the problems my dogs had but after experiencing way better things in another grooming spot called paws in here in fresno i want to let others know that place is better and nicer and gentle as i got to wait in the waiting area so of your looking for a pet gro

They have no experience with cold weather dogs. Avoid at all cost if you own any of these breeds. The damage done to her coat will take months to recover
