Heart + Paw

I had a great experience after taking my dog to be groomed at Heart + Paw for the first time! Amber was lovely and listened to my preferences perfectly and my dog came out looking amazing! I loved that you can see through the window to where they’re being groomed so you know they’re being treated with care. I’ve already scheduled our next appointment there, I would definitely recommend.

Amber gave my pup the first grooming of his life and did an incredible job. The whole team was amazing. They seemed to sanitize the floors every few minutes and/or after a pet came in and moved throughout the space, which was really important to me. They followed up with an organized email containing future appointments that we scheduled. Can’t say enough great things.

Kind, attentive to the needs of myself and my cat. Super clean, even provided cat treats, met people entering and they had huge smiles. The staff are exceptional, speaking to both myself and Sapphire my cat making sure we both felt comfortable and safe. Would definitely return for any needs or concerns...customer service is 10/10...everything was provided in paper and email format...I got business cards as well...

Exceptionally dedicated staff who was willing to deal with all my pet owner overprotective questions. They were a bit behind before my appointment but they didn’t let that stop them from making sure every pet got the care they needed. Only took them about 8 minutes to give vaccinations and trim my cats nails. The wellness exam was detailed and quick which left me feeling relieved.
