We had an incredible first experience here grooming our dog. Ruth was so friendly and helpful (and amazing with dogs). They did an excellent job with the groom and it took less than two hours. They also have windows so you can see into the grooming area, which provides comfort compared to other groomers we've been to. We will definitely be returning!

Here is a polished version of your review: ⸻ After calling several local veterinary offices, I was so relieved to find this clinic offers the thimerosal-free (TF) rabies vaccine, which is surprisingly hard to find. That alone sets them apart. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The vet was especially kind and patient with my pup, who was very scared and shaking during the visit. They thoughtfully offered her some peanut butter, which completely helped calm her down. It made such a difference and showed how much they truly care about their patients’ comfort. Dr. Celestin and the new vet tech Allison were great with my dog today. I have been coming here for over 2 years and no complaints at all! They never make you wait forever and they’re very attentive and accommodating. Definitely recommend their service.

I don't really write reviews but felt compelled to after the care that my cat (Cornelia) and I experienced during a recent visit. I adopted her in April and we had an initial well visit which was good as well but a couple weeks ago I scheduled a sick appointment as Cornelia was not eating as much anymore. They reached out to get me in sooner which I appreciated. At the appointment everyone was so friendly and caring. From the girls who took her temp, history, etc. to Dr. Cleveland! Thank goodness there was nothing wrong with Cornelia but the appointment lasted long because of the great care we received. They stayed past closing, until after 6:30 (they close at 6) helping me feel more confident as a new cat mom, reassuring me, answering questions, and doing extra services like cleaning her

We love Heart & Paw! Our girl goes twice a week, and we have never been disappointed. The staff knows her well and we can tell she is well loved by them too. She is so excited to see them when we arrive. We wish this location was big enough to have over night boarding, because we’d know she’d be in good hands. Oh I also wish we got pictures or videos of Maeve during play. But we couldn’t be happier with the service, our baby comes home tired and happy each time!
