Hayfield Animal Hospital

After years of trying to find the right veterinary clinic, we finally found our home at Hayfield Animal Hospital. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, professional, kind, and caring at every step. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and even when I called to say I’d be a few minutes late, they were understanding and accommodating. It’s a small gesture, but it immediately showed the level of customer care they value. Dr. Watson was outstanding. She took time to connect, listen, and truly understand Izzy’s needs. Her empathy stood out… she noticed subtle things about Izzy’s health and behavior that I hadn’t even realized. That level of attention to detail and care made a lasting impression. Im so thankful to find this place. The customer service was excellent throughout the whole process. The staff are so welcoming, upbeat and very knowledgeable. They took care my pet rather quickly after thoroughly explained options for treatment and pricing. The experience was so great it was necessary to leave this review. Took my pet in for an ear infection and nail grinding but was given meds to calm the dog for when I was scheduled to bring him back in 2 weeks. Tried setting an appointment via text and when that didn't work I called and got a rude person who wasn't trying to hear what I had to say so he put me on hold and after waiting more than 5 minutes for him to get Christina on the phone, I hung up......called back and was again put on hold for an extended period.....it appears that I called on a no customer service day because that crew must think very high of themselves as phone jockeys. Guess I will have to look elsewhere for a truly customer service oriented Vet Upon my return to have my dogs ears checked to be sure that the infection had cleared up. 1 q tip for the left ear, 1 for the right

First time visitor to this hospital with our foster pup. Facility was nice, clean, inviting as were the receptionists. It took a little longer than expected to be seen...maybe 25 minutes past our appointment. The tech was very nice and let me know she was waiting for a room to open. We were seen by Dr Watson who explained everything in detail for our particular reasons for the visit. We had to return a couple days later as they were out of one of the vaccinations Bizzy required as a 9 week old puppy. I wish they had let me know beforehand so we could have rescheduled for one trip. It was not that big of an inconvenience. I was favorably impressed with both visits. Hayfield Animal Hospital is great! The doctors are patient, the staff are attentive to humans and animals, and the office setup is optimized. Hayfield has helped me through the highs and lows of pet ownership and they are an important part of our community. My pets are always happy to visit!
