We just had our semi-annual visit with Dr. Sakamoto, and as usual we were very happy with her care for our 15+ yr. old grand-dog. He is very precious to us and it's good to know that "Mochi" has been in her care for most of his life and it's good to know that she's knowledgeable about his health history. We totally trust in her care for our Mochi.

This is a very customer oriented clinic. There are many veterinarians on board and I have been able to find someone to schedule an appointment if my usual vet isn’t available. The vets take the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plans very clearly. I never feel rushed. The front office staff and the vet technicians are also very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.

Our routine vet was unable to perform a procedure on our dog, Honey. We were able to get an appointment with Dr. Ako without much wait and scheduled the procedure just a few weeks later. The day of the procedure Dr. Ako called multiple times to give us updates on the process, which was so appreciated. He called the next day to check on her and called to explain the pathology results. His updates helped ease our anxiety and let us know she was in great hands. Thank you Dr. Ako and all of the staff for taking such good care of our girl! Definitely recommend!

Mahalo for the care and support provided to us in a very anxious, stressful time! Apela was absolutely wonderful in going over the process in a very gracious, caring manner which really helped put us more at ease. Moonstone appears to be recovering - he's eating and drinking, but not moving very much yet. But he seems comfortable in spite of his injury. Big mahalo to all your staff and doctors for doing your best for Moonstone!

If you live on the east side you can't go wrong taking your pet here. All the veterinary doctors on staff are great. They're all professional and compassionate. I take two elderly dogs for Dr. Sakamoto's care and can highly recommend her. They also have specialists that come by on a regular basis. The front staff are friendly and efficient. Their office is very accessible and there is plenty of parking.
