Their staff is the worst. Wouldn’t let me talk to the vet and were very difficult to deal with. When there is an urgent medical issue my cat had her eye removed I expect better customer service.

Awesome experience. 2nd time that I have taken one of my dogs there. Doc fully explained everything that was going on in my dogs eye.

If I could give 0 stars I would have took my dog in for cataract surgery and she did the pre surgery tests and said she’s the perfect candidate that would all work out good well $6700 for surgery and we had problems from day 1 she had high pressure in right eye so for 2 month straight we had to take her to vet for pressure check which was $200 a day and after all of that they had to remove the right eye and that whole 2 months going back and fourth she was in pain and they wouldn’t even give her something for pain worst vet ever

The dr.and staff were very caring and professional. After a few days of surgery they followed up with a call to check how my dog was doing.

Dr Yamagata and her team were so kind and compassionate. I could not go in the office but Ginger was so loving I totally trusted handing Sammy to her.. I felt Gingers sincerity in caring for Sammy. Dr Yamagata was thorough in explaining everything and asked questions to come up with the right treatment plan.
