The Gals at the front desk are helpful, gave super advice, and add a few laughs!! It’s always a pleasure to be greeted by them; and given solid and truthful direction on the best products and food for your beloved pets. Five stars!!!

You’re always greeted with a hello when you walk in the store. Staff is friendly and always willing to help when needed. They even helped me carry my purchased items out to the car instead of me having to make multiple trips back and forth. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and really nice people

When your dogs are pawing the door to go play and they don’t look back at you, you know you’ve brought them to the right place. They’re happy to stay. Also, Sonia who grooms our two Welsh Springer Spaniels does an excellent job! All of the staff at Harmony Pet Resort/Paws and Play are very caring and we know our furry children are well taken care of.
