Will never go here again! My cat is not even 2 and they prescribed him heart meds, sent him off, and gave me paperwork saying he has t to 12 months to live. The cat isnt even 2 and hasn't been seen by a normal vet yet, they have made every med refill a hassle to the point that I physically had to go there and the pharmacist basically cut me off and said if I would let her finish they aren't accepting new patients yet lat month when this was and issue they said yes we're not accepting new patients but I spoke with the manager and because we said we would continue the other tests we can take you. PICK ONE! dont tell people your pet has heart failure then not fill their heart meds thats animal cruelty. EDIT: It has now been 4 months and shocker.... hes still alive and it was cherry pit inges

I brought my cat stormy in today because she was not doing great, and it was starting to scare me. The staff were so kind and fun to talk with as soon as we walked in. Dr. Gwon did a thorough exam and bloodwork and gave my stormy girl some shots to help her. She also received fluids. Hours later she is eating, drinking, walking, and being so talkative again! I also feel the price was fair due to everything she had done, and prescribed. Thank you for helping my baby girl! ❤️ Update- It’s the next day and she’s back to her old self again. So so so happy!

I love this place, great care and very kind people. I have 2 good experiences here. On Christmas Eve of 2022, my dad's dog swallowed a children's sock and all other emergency vets in the area turned him away. This was the only hospital that was able to take him. They were so kind (despite the fact they were all working on Christmas Eve) and were able to force vomiting to remove the sock! Then when my dog had blood in her stool on a Saturday night (last night) we knew exactly where to take her. We called at 4:00pm and they were able to take her at 6:00pm. All the staff were so kind, helpful, and friendly. The vet was so kind and reassuring to our shy, scared dog. The vet took so much time to examine her and explain everything that was going on. I love this vet clinic! I have a lot of experience with horses, dogs, cats, goats and chickens, so I am familiar with animal health and emergencies. This clinic is open 24/7, and my emergency fee was only $200! Dr. o’keefe was awesome, knowledgeable, patient, and helped diagnose something my main vet missed! I’m switching over full time to Harmony. Thank you!!!

We’ve been bringing our dog Lola to this practice for over 11 years. Sadly, after she went missing and was found eight days later, we brought her in to be checked by Dr. Gwon — and the experience was incredibly disappointing. Given what Lola had been through, we expected a thorough and compassionate exam. Instead, the visit felt rushed and dismissive. She wasn’t even checked for ticks or given any guidance on what she should eat after surviving on her own for over a week. There was very little concern or empathy shown. To make matters worse, we were charged a large emergency visit fee — despite the fact that barely any time or care was provided.
