After moving to NJ from New England this past year it has been so tough trying to find a groomer that handles cats. I have a very long haired cat who has been groomed regularly for five years where I used to live. I contacted the salon (Rachel) through a referral from another groomer and will never go anywhere else. She is so gentle with my cat and knows when to continue and when he is uncomfortable. His safety is her priority but a good grooming is also up there on her priorities too! She fixed some knots she couldn’t get out the first time in a second visit so he wouldn’t be upset and it was the best thing for him. He has never been so soft and so knot free! Family complimented him on how good he looked as well!

I've tried many groomers before, but none could achieve the haircut we wanted for our poodle. This was my first visit here, and I was amazed by the quality of the work. Nick was incredibly friendly and affectionate with my poodle, and the haircut turned out exactly as we requested—perfect! Be sure to book in advance, as they tend to fill up quickly, but it's absolutely worth the wait. Thank you again, and I look forward to seeing you soon!

I love everyone at The Styling Pooch!! Everyone there is so kind and gentle and willing to go the extra mile for my dogs (and I’m sure every dog that comes in)! Over the years I’ve been bringing our dogs to Rachel and now Nick as well, we’ve only been treated with the utmost kindness and care. Every single time our dogs leave the grooming salon I can tell they feel good and we’re well taken care of while they were there. My dog, Peach, doesn’t enjoy getting her nails trimmed but Rachel handles it with ease. We’ve even been made aware of things to call the vet about. They just care about their clients so much! I took our rescue to this establishment and I was blown away by the treatment we received and how patient they were with our Astro. Kayla was so amazing and informed us of their process in making Astro comfortable and not pushing him past his limits. He had never been groomed, so we were apprehensive but he seemed to have enjoyed it and came out looking like a Rock Star. Thank you Kayla for making us all feel welcomed and taking the time to talk with us. I highly recommend.
