the women here are wonderful and so kind and thoughtful. The receptionists will remember you and your pet each time you come in and greet you like you’ve been friends forever. they were able to squeeze me in a few weeks ago as my one kitten had a noticeable problem with her eye and with the directions and medicine I received from the doctor, her eye completely healed in a week (:

I brought my 12 week old puppy in with an injured leg. They were extremely rude and told me they don't urgent care even though they are an Animal Hospital. The one vet tech was sweet and genuinely seemed to care. She asked to see the puppy as he was screaming in pain. She brought him back to be examined. Dr Ziegler was cold and condescending. She convinced me it was broken so they could take Xrays. Initially, told me it would be $400. When I said I couldn't pay that much on the spot they said they could take 1 Xray for $150. I agreed. The doc came in and recommended orthopedic surgery for $5000 or amputation without ever showing me the xray ?!?!?! I had to demand to see it. No visible break, only minor swelling at the joint. They prescribed weak sedatives and pain killers that did absolute

I will be changing vets after today. Every receptionist except Jesse never seems to want to help, or to try and hear what you’re explaining. 100% of the time the appointment time you’ve made doesn’t matter. You’ll be seen 30-40 minutes after. Doctors are so quick to just give a pill instead of actually trying to find the cause. Animals are our loved ones as well, not just a cash cow for you.

Dr. Nicole and the rest of the staff here are fantastic !!! Highly recommend. My cats are always happy to see new faces at the clinic !

We have been so happy with Warren Animal hospital as they have been our vet for the past 16 years. Thank you for your kind and compassionate staff as we always feel well taken care of with all of our visits. The staff is simply amazing!
