Happy Tails Pet Grooming

I got a completely different girl. She was cleaned & no more stinky breath. She wasn’t too jumpy when we left so I think she must of had a not too tough experience in there. This was her first grooming. Will definitely come back here when im in Nevada. She was a show stopper as we went on our day.

They always groom my Persian kitten with a lions cut and he smells so good when I pick him up. They also clip his nails and clean his ears. They are fast and efficient.

Horrible place for our fur babies. They really hurt his skin. Moreover, he has been terrified since I picked him up. They are amateur groomers without experience. My dog was whining all last night because of his skin irritation and excessive redness. Don’t take your dogs there if you love them.

I have been bringing my fur baby here for about a year, owner is great. They do a wonderful job full grooming services and good prices.

I can not believe this place! My dog has a wound because they nicked her badly! They took over 2 hours and I didn’t understand why when she’s such a small dog but I have suspicions that they were most likely doing what they could to stop the bleeding (although the employee responsible denies everything). My dog was very quiet so they must’ve waited until she calmed down before I could pick her up. I’m so upset and frustrated! I didn’t notice the wound until I got home but I noticed them staring at me and seemed guilty once I picked her up. Why would they not say a word! My sister spoke with the manager who told her she’s have to speak with the owner. She then spoke with the employee who responsible for my dog’s grooming this day and the employee was not at all remorseful and there was 0 ac
