ham + bone Fishtown

We absolutely love Ham + Bone! We’ve been bringing our girls here for regular grooming, and every visit has been a great experience. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares—our pups are treated with so much love, and the attention to detail in their grooming really shows. Amy always does an incredible job; I’m consistently impressed by how thoroughly she de-sheds and how fresh and clean their coats look afterward. Grooming can sometimes be stressful, but our girls always come back happy, relaxed, and excited. Plus, the adorable bandannas they leave with are such a fun bonus! :)

Jayla did the most excellent job on our little sonshine!🥰 Tyson does not enjoy much grooming other than brushing and Jayla was able to take care of more difficult areas (such as his nails, hair around his tail and eyes) with little issue and no extra handling fees. He gets anxious during these experiences but Jayla was kind, gentle and gave us the exact haircut we wanted! Pictures include his shaggy look from before, he hadn’t had a professional cut in many years prior to this.

We have been taking our dog to Sam at the Fishtown location regularly for grooms since 2020 and she is always amazing. All of the staff and the owner are friendly and helpful. Crumb is nervous about being groomed but they are so wonderful at Ham + Bone I don’t feel like I have to worry about her. The owner is also very supportive to our foster activities and has generously donated or discounted grooms for our especially crusty foster dogs to help them get adoption ready. I can’t recommend them enough!

jyla is FANTASTIC! it is obvious how meticulous and careful they are. i so appreciated the attention to detail and how clean his cut looks. my golden retriever came out looking like a show dog. we will be back! thank you, jyla!

This was our first time at Ham + Bone Fishtown but I think we’ve found our spot! Jayla did such an amazing job with Samson and checked in with me throughout his time there which was greatly appreciated. When I picked him up I could tell that he was very comfortable. I took him to another place in fishtown and he seemed terrified which is why I haven’t returned. Thanks to the Ham + Bone fishtown l team for taking such good care of our Sammy! He also loves his new toy! 🐾🧸🖤
