Guau dog grooming

This is the second time I take my baby here and they did not disappoint once again. He comes out happy instead of scared like the time I took him to PetSmart. His appointment was at 9am and he was ready by 10:40am!!!❤️ They’re very nice

I came to this place by recommendation of a friend, but the quality of service was extremely poor. First of all, they did not have space for my dog because they overbook dogs without respecting already scheduled appointments. What worried me the most was the lack of safety they provide for the dogs. They neglect them and leave them alone on a high platform without caring if the dogs could fall or choke with their own collar. In addition, the experience with my dog was horrible. They completely shaved my dog without my consent, claiming that my dog had mats in their fur, but this was just an excuse because shaving is easier than doing a proper trim, and they also charge a higher price than a regular cut. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE BEST GROOMING EXPERIENCE EVER! FAIRLY PRICED FOR ALL THEY DO! MY PUP COMES OUT LOOKING DAPPER EVERY-TIME! Always give him a cute bandana and they groom in front where you can see, which I love. I do ask for no cologne or perfume but other than that it’s all perfect! ☺️☺️

If you love yours dogs so much, like I do, please take them to guau dog grooming. They’re most friendly, sweetest, most caring grooming ❤️ I have beagle and he usually gets a lot anxiety when he goes to grooming, but guau have most patience and they take they time to make your dog comfortable and safe place, especially when he gets shower. Shout out to the girl who shower my dogs she does an amazing job and also to Paola. I love this place.

The first time I took my dog she came home with irritated areas, and something may have gotten in her ears because they were red, she kept itching, also they had more dogs than workers. some dogs get left unattended, where they have the chance to hang themselves if they jump off the table.
