Call today to make a simple appointment for nail trimming and the lady on the phone tone of voice was rude. Asked so many questions ( how many, what's the size, how long do you plan on leaving them here etc.) and made me fill like our business was unwanted. All we wanted was for our three dog to get their nails trimmed and she made assumptions that we were going to leave them their all day like a doggy day care. I was in no rush and was willing make wait for an appointment on another day but the lady didn't even want to reschedule. Poor customer service loses clients.

They did an excellent job bathing my dog! He smelled so good when he left there. I will definitely be using their services again.

We are from out of town, called this place and they got us in in two days. Did a great job with our Lab and we're super fast! Excellent communication with me the whole time. Definitely will use them again when we are there in the summers

Tried to board my dog, handed over the dog to the lady, and went out to car to get the food. Came back in, and the lady asked me if my dog was aggressive apparently my dog showed teeth to her when she was putting her in the cage. I said only to people at my house she doesn’t know. So she said she didn’t know if she could be boarded there, and the lady from the vet side went to get the manager. Manager came and the old lady was back with my dog. Mind you no growling or barking from my dog can be heard while I’m speaking with the manager. So me and the manager are talking and the manager flat out said that my dog won’t be boarded there. Now mind you he hasn’t spoken to the old lady to get a gist of the situation and told me to come get my dog. So I said ok and came back to get my dog but my

I have taken my cocker spaniel, Wrangler, to this salon twice. The first time, he was matted rather bad and Jean was incredible. She shaved him down and made him look great. He doesn't usually like people but after a few minutes with Jean he does just fine. He went again today and came back to me looking & smelling great! I definitely suggest this place for your furry friend.
