Animal Hospital of Campbell County

After spending almost 1000$ to get blood work, it showed my kitty had a infection. The doctor told me I needed to put him down if I couldn't put him in "internal medicine". Hes 2 yrs old. I got a pharmacist to administer antibiotics and now hes fine. But when I called them back to tell them and to do a check to make sure the infection is gone, they wont return my calls. And the nurse at the desk told me herself that they re-use their needles and that they probably caused the infection.

When my kitties bloodwork showed an infection, she told me that a feeding tube and insulin was needed and that since I couldn't afford it I needed to put him down. Another doctoe gave me antibiotics and he improved immediately. Now she won't even return my call to get bloodwork done to make sure its gone. Obviously only money is what this place wants.

I’ve been taking my dogs this clinic for about 15 years and although the doctors are good, there is one staff member who has a terrible “bedside” manner. I don’t know her name, but she’s the one who never smiles and has kind of “checked out” look in her eyes. (She used to be engaged to Justin Parrot a while back is all I know). I’ve never cared for her during the times that she’s done her tech stuff on my dogs before the vet comes in but TODAY my little dog, Bella, had an accident in which she bumped her little head and was showing signs of a possible concussion along with a leg injury so I rushed her there. I called on the way there to preface the situation but, of course, I was put on hold for too long (horrible, obnoxious hold music, by the way) so I hung up. When my husband and I came

They are very good with your pets. I couldn’t ask for someone better to take care of my baby. They really care. They call you to check on your babies when they’re sick. My baby has diabetes and they really care if she’s doing ok. Wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Dr. Garrett has even called to check on her even when he was off work. They really care about you and your pets.

These people are terrible here. If you love your animal DO NOT bring them here. I cant believe this women is a vet. Someone needs to shut this place down.
