Grooming

This is my second time using them and never ever again. I gave a reference picture for my miniature poodle as I stated to the owner if her assistants couldn't deliver they should have stated that. The two first photos were the ones i showed she could have done either one and i would have been super happy instead the 3rd photo was what I got. The purpose of me giving her 2 different options was because if she couldn't do 1 she had the option to do the other. When she came to the door to pick Nova up she put her comb through her hair she never stated Nova was Matted instead she said "okay no problem i can do that" My English bulldogs who have been getting groomed for 8 and 5 years were both returned to me wet. This groomer came to service our 3 animals a miniature poodle and 2 english bulldogs, all animals in question have been groomed since puppies and never had any issues. We asked that the poodles face not be cut and were told it was no problem a comb test was preformed and went through the dogs fur very easily. When the poodle was returned her hair was completely removed from her face when questioned we were told all the sudden that it was matted and it was all they could do, mind you they never came and told us that she was matted and they needed to do this which we would have understood however we comb through nova at least 4x a week due to the fact of the tendency to mat she was not matted.
