Grooming by Aly

I am so happy! I was looking for a new groomer, I was nervous to see how it would go at this new place. But I came out with no regrets! I could tell he loved her afterwords too! Highly would recommend. He ended up looking super cute!

I am so thankful for Grooming by Aly! I have a shelter dog who’s never been groomed professionally and has a lot of anxiety, and from the minute we walked into the salon, Luna was exploring and interested in Aly. I’ve never seen my girl warm up to someone so fast, which says a lot about Aly’s energy. The groom itself was done really well and Aly was very communicative about timing estimates. Lu had some pretty bad matting and her nails needed some work. When I picked up my fur baby, her tail was wagging and she looked absolutely beautiful! The matting was completely taken care of and her nails/paws were trimmed (that alone speaks to Aly’s skill as a dog groomer because Lu HATES her paws being touched). I recently took my little puppy to Alys for grooming and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. Initially, I inquired about grooming my puppy's bottom area. Given that he is small, lightweight, and generally easy to groom, I anticipated a thorough service. Upon arrival, I noticed the water bowl was dirty, which was my first concern. After grooming, I was surprised to find out that his teeth hadn't been brushed, even though I asked about it. Unfortunately, the services provided seemed minimal, with only a wash and a slight trim around his face. For a total of $100 ($75 for the grooming and a $25 tip), I expected a more comprehensive service. My new puppy was attended to at Grooming by Aly. I really loved the service. Aly left her soft and smelling delicious, and Nala. I loved spending time with her.

Aly is the best groomer ever! She is so gentle so kind and my dogs really like her! She's always on time very patient and very affirming. I won't go anywhere else!
