The absolute best experience with the self wash station and add-on service that included nails, sanitary trim, paw shave, and anal glands from their in house groomer, and a custom bandana. They had everything we needed for our dog to be SAFE and clean! It is usually a nightmare for our guy to take a bath and this was the simplest and most relaxing experience for all of us! The store is top notch, incredibly clean, and we were SO impressed with the cleanliness of the self wash station and all the amenities of it. They had towels, wash cloths, brushes, soap, a sprayer, a blow dryer, and even smocks for us! We will be taking our dogs here now for all of their needs! Megan the groomer did a wonderful job on our chihuahua/catahoula mix. After lackluster experiences at Petco and sky high prices at other groomers, their pricing was very reasonable. Found our new go-to groomer! They even custom printed bandana with our dog’s name on it! That’s amazing service! They also have a full store with food, treats, toys and more for cats and dogs! And I love that they’re a locally owned business, too. Give them a try; you won’t be disappointed!

We absolutely love this pet store! Everyone there is incredibly friendly and treats us like family, which means so much to us. They always know exactly what my son Milo needs and take the time to make sure we’re getting the best products for him. The customer service is truly outstanding — warm, welcoming, and always helpful. It’s clear they genuinely care about both the pets and the people who walk through their doors. We’re so grateful to have a place we trust and enjoy visiting every time.

Great experience here at this store. Met with owner and one of her employees. Absolutely sweetest people ever! They took time to put my dog in the best food possible. Math calculations for kcals, reading bags, asking several several questions…. I was not rushed out the store. Very very humble people. Just the interaction today earned my business and we will be moving pet stores now! Thank you ladies for your professionalism and education on food. Your time is much appreciated. No wonder you have so many 5 star reviews out the gate!
