Groom Room

I love the dog Groomer Kim so much. I have a high maintenance dog, an Old English Sheep Dog that I am learning to groom. She has always given him extra love and attention and been so kind to my grooming mishaps. My dog comes home looking his best and Kim has taught me so much on how to better care for his brushing. I would highly recommend this dog groomer!

Kim is the best groomer I have ever found. When your dog whines to get in the door you know she is being loved. Everyone there gives her lovin. A must check out.

I want to give a big THANK YOU to Kim from the Groom Room. Kim has been grooming our Maggie (golden doodle) for almost a year. My family and I have always been impressed on how great Maggie looks after Kim grooms her. Kim’s professionalism and customer service is exceptional and appreciated with the care and expertise she gives our Maggie. Earlier this week, Kim stayed with Maggie for an additional “hour and a half” after the Groom Room closed while I was dealing with the stress of work, and my wife stuck at the orthodontist with my daughter. I knew Maggie was in great hands with Kim (taking Maggie outside). Kim’s patience, welcoming, and uplifting personality with merit customer service was greatly admired. Of course, I will be bringing Maggie back in the future to see Kim.

Amazing service and prices! Our extra large mixed breed 7 year old dog was well cared for and came out looking and feeling like a new dog! The price was great too! Kim will be our regular grommer moving forward!

Shame on me that I'm just now doing a review of the Groom Room. Especially given I've been taking my little buddy here for over a decade. Bridget and crew are top notch. They've always treated my pal (Brody) with care and compassion since day one. Some folks, I know I was one, are often reluctant taking their pets in to be groomed. There's that reluctance, "will they be alright?" That has never been an issue at the Groom Room. You can immediately sense your pet is in most capable hands. Furthermore, they do a great job. My terrier loves to get dirty, in as much he normally gets a boot camp trim. Not once has he shown any skin irritation or discomfort post visit. So if you are local and in need of a groomer, give the Groom Room a call... you'll be happy you did. Tell them Brody sent ya!
