American Tails

All American-made pet food and products. Super clean store. Very friendly staff and there's a new puppy ambassador! My elderly dog eats Stella and Chewy and this is a great place to buy it. It's not a cheap product, but American Tails keeps the prices as reasonable as possible. After all of the Chinese and foreign-manufactured pet food melamine and ingredient scares, I was happy to find a store that is conscientious about the ingredients in its food and what they stock. I appreciate products made in America, particularly when that means they're safer for my pet. There's a big selection of different brands of food and lines within those brands. Very Friday staff...great unique choices. My dogs love visiting this store. They get treats from the owners too! Nice addition to Lombard!

Love shopping locally and also saving money. Only place we will ever buy our dog food/Treats/Necessities. My boy also loved the Bocce’s Brushy Sticks Dental Bars that were recommended for sinky breath, I also enjoyed the smell of mint in my face for once!! 😂 🐶 🐾.

I can't say enough about this place in a single post. If you love your pet this is your destination. Do not buy kibble from box stores. Get high quality proven nutrition made in the USA right here. The owner and his son are the best 👌
