They kept my dogs for FIVE HOURS, then had the nerve to claim my dogs were “extremely matted,” which is flat-out false. My dogs are regularly groomed and absolutely did not require shaving. Instead of listening to what I asked for, they ignored my instructions entirely and shaved my dogs anyway. No communication, no respect, no accountability just excuses after the damage was already done. To make it even worse, they charged me $238 for something I did not ask for and did not want. This was not a misunderstanding this was careless, dismissive service and a total waste of money. I trusted them with my pets and deeply regret it. If you care about your dogs and want groomers who actually listen, go somewhere else.

They did an amazing job with my anxious husky! She’s usually very nervous around water, and it’s been difficult finding a groomer who can bathe her comfortably. The team was patient and caring, and they did a wonderful job—I’m so grateful.

Update!!! They did it again y’all!! Another successful grooming! Ace comes out looking brand new every time. A neighbor in my complex recommended Groom by Harry and I think we finally found our forever groomer! My fur baby was happy didn’t seem to be in any distress and he even waited till I got there to hold him for a part that he wouldn’t stay still for! The experience was great! As a first time dog mom I was more than pleased with the service! Booked our next appointment right there and then! Thanks so much guys! Top tier service and quality work! I was so happy to see my dog with a proper groom, none other than Harry’s was able to make this possible. I would highly recommend this place for your dog.

Since the first time I saw them. I knew i can trust them with my dog. They do a really good job. The place looks very clean and organized also the staff is very friendly.My dog always come very handsome flawless and they have reasonable prices.
