Please read this. On May 1st, I brought my beloved cat Ziggy to Baldwin Animal Hospital for a procedure to remove a mass from his neck that had grown over time. Ziggy had been a patient of Dr. Saslow for years, coming in for wellness visits and vaccinations, and when the mass increased in size, it was recommended that it be removed. At the pre-surgical consultation, Dr. Saslow described the mass as superficial and made the procedure seem very simple and straightforward. At no point did he review potential risks, complications, or anesthesia dangers with me, nor was I asked to sign a detailed informed consent form. I have been going to Baldwin Animal Hospital for 15 years. I have a cat and a dog and they are so good with Dr. Saslow and Dr. Monroe. The staff is amazing. I could never go anywhere else and get the personal service that I get here.

We took our cat BooBoo back on August 1st to get neutered. The reason I am writing this review a bit late is because we wanted to let some time pass and make sure everything was okay with him. Everything went well. We had a very good experience at Baldwin Animal Hospital. We felt our cat was in good hands with Dr. Neal Saslow. The entire staff there is also wonderful. Thanks guys! We are very happy that we used Baldwin Animal Hospital for this procedure. Our cat is in good health and their prices are fair. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a caring vet!
