The staff at greenlight where compassionate considerate & caring with our baby / cat & my wife n I... sky was my best friend words can't explain this feeling in my heart. Thank you again for making this transition. Easier to cope. I recommend Greenlight pet er to anyone. That needs the proper care for their fur babies.

This place (Lake Nona location) was fantastic, our 1.5 year old cat was suffering from a UTI and the staff was amazing From check in to check out. Dr Flower and vet tech Maleke were beyond caring and compassionate with Tyga and worked quick to come up with a treatment plan and relieve her pain. I wasreally impressed with the transparency and was given several options of treatment. The prices were actually CHEAPER than our regular vet during normal hours. This was the grand opening and glad they were open. Thanks again!

Came in to get my dogs blood work done because he wasn’t feeling well. Everything seemed fine at first, friendly staff and very professional. That perspective ended quick when I waited over 4 hours while my dog was in the back. No one came to check on me and I had no idea what was going on with him. Very poor hospitality. If I am there for 4 hours I expect to be updated at least once on the situation.

I was very hesitant to go into an ER but I'm glad I did. The staff are very nice and understanding. They were honest and took great care of my dog. There's a see through glass so you can see your dog inside. They will not charge you for anything you don't approve of. I would give them more than five stars.

Dr. Dennise and the entire team were very kind, welcoming, professional, and truly empathetic today. The clinic is clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location is also very convenient for anyone in Lake Nona or nearby 🙏🏾 being close to home really matters in an emergency. We’re very grateful for your kindness and care.
