Greatland Pet Facility

The staff were courteous and friendly enough when I dropped my dog off and picked him up but as another reviewer mentioned he was also panting pretty hard when I picked him up. During drop-off they did not inventory the toys/items I was leaving with them but I didn't think too much of it. When I returned after a week of boarding, however, some of the items were missing, such as my dog's Kong and an antler I had left with him. I understand that dogs like to hide/chew on things but something like a Kong should last for a long time and shouldn't be easy to misplace. Additionally, when I asked how my dog was while I was gone they said he mostly just kept to himself, which is very unlike him and makes me concerned he may not have gotten much interaction. My dog came back very happy and normal so no complaints on that note. When she peed it was very yellow so she must not have gotten much water and she came out panting and pretty warm but that's not the end of the world. However when I dropped her off I told them sometimes she plays too rough cause she's a puppy and is learning and if that's a problem I understand. They told me "oh she won't be interacting with other dogs". I figure some people prefer that but my dog probably lost her mind in the small rooms they have for dogs.

My dog always comes back healthy and happy, and is very excited when he gets there.
