**Dr. Shah Saved My Dog's Life on New Year's Day** On New Year's Day, my dog developed severe, persistent diarrhea after accidentally eating a small piece of beef trimming. He deteriorated rapidly and went into shock—I don't think he would have survived another day. After calling six veterinary hospitals that were either closed or turned us away with a simple "sorry," Grand Oaks was our seventh call. They immediately said they would take him, no questions asked. We rushed over, and Dr. Shah diagnosed him with pancreatitis within the first 10 minutes, then confirmed it with bloodwork. After a hospital stay with fluids and medication, he's completely back to normal. Dr. Shah and her staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They called with updates and even sent pict

While bathing our large dog we noticed an inflamed Dew claw and the team was able to schedule an appointment within 2 hours. Doctor Shah was quick to diagnose the problem and resolved it. Additionally she diagnosed a few joints needing care as well as allergy condition. Pills were prescribed. Then the bill came. I was suprised that the total was very reasonable and well under expectations. We will be scheduling our return visit soon. 2 days later his coat shows marked improvement and has more pep. The inflammation has reduced. Topher and his family thank you for your service.

Dr. Shah and Grand Oaks Pet Hospital is the most compassionate, thorough and affordable care I have ever received at a very desperate time. My dog Arthur was diagnosed with a cervical disc injury by another clinic, but the exam was very rushed and he did not respond to their treatment. He was in severe pain and agony for 2 days. I took him to Dr. Shah for a second opinion and not only did she fully examine him to rule out any neurological issues - She made an extremely effective medication change, took x-rays (which discovered spinal arthritis), performed laser therapy, creates a management plan moving forward and made me feel so much more comfortable all for the same price as one exam and medicine from the other clinic. After 3 days of the most stress I've ever seen my dog (and me) in, he

We are so grateful for all the care Dr. Shah and her team have given our yorkies the past 5 years. I have never experienced a more compassionate and caring team, they truly love animals like their own. Her prices are always reasonable, she never suggests more than is needed, and goes above and beyond in her care. How she and her staff handled our senior dog in his last stages of dementia, made themselves available, and helped him pass peacefully was incredibly touching and I’ll hold those precious memories they created for a lifetime. Thank you for everything, your practice is nothing short of special.

Israeli I am still devastated about what happened to my twink! I look over the new reviews and I'll everybody so happy with Dr Shaw! but no one understands tweak had to die for Dr Shaw to get her stuff right! now she appears more organized and I guess her people her vet text helping her with dental are more well-trained or pain attention but there's no doubt that Twink died because doctor shawl and her unqualified vet text overdosed and killed my twink! Yes I brought her to see Dr Shaw because I'm a rescue with lots of cats but twink was my favorite she was my favorite and I trusted Dr Shaw and Dr Sean knows she killed her and I cannot forgive myself and I don't know why nobody cares and doctors shock has not suffered she has not said she was sorry she told me she killed Twink she admitted
